Improvisational Moving

In Deep Play Practice: the Art of Improvisational Moving, you can be restful, explorative, dynamic, and anything can happen! Cultivate awareness and community. Follow your own delight.
During this 4- week workshop we’ll practice the form lightheartedly, called 20.20.20, where you’ll practice sitting meditation, personal awareness practice, and open space, each for 20 minutes.

This movement practice doesn’t require any dance, theater or trained movement background. Come as you are!

When you return to your day refreshed, you may feel buoyant with new possibilities, confident, peaceful, embodied, with a sense of community and joy.
